COVID-19: A message to our community from Digital Hyve

A message from Digital Hyve CEO & Co-Founder, Jeff Knauss

To our clients and our community:

Hello. How are you? We are thinking about you.

If you are receiving this note, it’s likely you know one or multiple people at Digital Hyve personally. We want you to know that we care very much about you and if there is one positive to come out of this challenging time so far, it is the evolving sense that we, globally, are all in this together.

As of today, Monday, March 16th, every crew member at Digital Hyve will be working remotely through March 31st (at which time we will reevaluate the situation) to ensure that we are following the protocol recommended by local, state, and federal agencies that social distancing is the only true way to help slow the spread of COVID-19. 

We believe that, as business and community leaders, this is the right decision for our people as well as our community. We also understand that not every business is structured to make the same decision.
While we will miss the comradery of seeing each other in the office, this will, in no way, impact the day-to-day operations of Digital Hyve.

In fact, DH crew members had already received one day a week to work from home before the pandemic began, so working remotely is already part of our standard operating procedure. We have the technology, infrastructure, and processes to work with our team as they work from home.

If you are a client of Digital Hyve, you will be able to reach your Account Manager via video conferencing, phone, or email. The entire team is working diligently to ensure that we are here to support your business and communication with your current and future customers.

We have also temporarily restricted all non-essential travel and canceled our attendance at any large meetings and gatherings to protect our team and community at large. Previously scheduled live meetings may be rescheduled as video conferences.
